What BottleX stores

BottleX stores the operational records a gas business needs to run: staff accounts, customers, delivery and collection history, cylinder stock movements, invoices, payments and the audit trail behind them.

Why we store it

To provide the service: planning work, recording deliveries, keeping stock accurate, producing invoices and syncing bookkeeping. We do not sell business or customer data.

Who can see it

Each business only sees its own records. Access inside a business is controlled by roles set by that business's owner or office administrators.

Bookkeeping connections

If a business connects QuickBooks, Xero or Sage, BottleX exchanges only the records needed to keep invoices, payments and balances in step. Connections can be removed at any time.

Retention

Financial and audit records are retained while the account is active and for as long as the business needs them for accounting and tax purposes.
