Accounts
A BottleX account belongs to one business. The owner or an office administrator is responsible for who they invite and what access those people are given.
Your data is yours
The records a business enters into BottleX — customers, deliveries, stock, invoices and payments — remain that business's data. Exports are available on request.
Acceptable use
Don't use BottleX to store data you have no right to hold, and don't attempt to access another business's records.
Availability and changes
We work to keep BottleX available during working hours and give notice of planned maintenance. Features evolve; we won't remove something a working day depends on without warning.
Billing
Subscriptions are agreed per business. Fees, terms and notice periods are set out in the order confirmation for that business.
